She lost some teeth!

Syndey lost her first 2 teeth! She was so absolutely proud after wiggling and wiggling what seemed like forever to her. The dentist informed her back in April that they were loose, and she'd been working on them since. She would not let us pull them out though, even when one was literally hanging by a thread ....she was willing to wait till kindergarden if she had to and let the teacher pull them out...way more special. She lost the first one in the grocery store parking lot, and the 2nd one she lost while camping. We had to look around in the dirt to find it. She slept with the lights on hoping she could wait up and catch a glimpse of the tooth fairy. She wanted to know what color her outfit was, if she was tiny enough to fit under her door, if she was a "he" like her brother insisted, or a "she" etc. It's funny how you get so excited when your oldest starts doing new things, (or looses their first tooth :) ......but when child #2 follows suit, you realize just how fast they are growing up and that just makes me sad.
